Healthy Land & Water

Healthy Land & Water is the joint initiative of Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation and Natural Land Institute. The project aims to bring people together from agricultural, urban and rural areas across Northwest Illinois to improve water quality, soil health and habitat connectivity.
